I feel this product and company is a scam. They charged my bank account for $89 ad $85 for skin and eye cream because they say I didn't call in for a review; however, I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. I waited on hold for over 25 minutes one of the times and when I finally got through (after more than 10 minutes on hold) a week later I was told I never called so they couldn't refund the money. After arguing I finally was given a 75% refund, which is still unacceptable since I did not want the product, do not feel that it worked at all, and attempted to call for a complaint and no one answered. Feel very violated and taken advantage of. The woman on the phone was not polite and I do not recommend this product or company to anyone. Spoke with a supervisor (Craig #[redacted]) whom was rude and hung up on me without any resolution, also have see a couple other reviews on line since reporting the same problems/complaints.
