Hello I have read the complaint that was sent to us on March 25th. While we understand the customer’s frustration, we do not agree with the complaint for many reasons.The customer had given our customer service rep their credit card information before the service was to be performed, which is standard procedure for residential customers. We would be charging the card when the service was completed.During the time between taking the information and the service, we had switched computer systems, and all credit card information was wiped out to protect our customers from any fraud that might occur if the data was breached. When the customer was contacted for payment, they did not understand that we no longer had their information on file and insisted we had already charged their card. They did not want to verify that the charge happened, but kept insisting we charged them. The customer not only spoke to *** but also the supervisor for the group, and both confirm that Mrs. did not understand that we did not have the credit card on file, and that Mr. became very agitated and disrespectful on the phone. Mr. did not send the check to the address on the invoice, but instead sent it to the local branch, causing a delay in having his payment posted to his account.His account now has a zero balance, and he was offered a $25 coupon to use on his next service.
