had happened.? ? We are a small business, and we are having problems with women buying items and wearing them , and them trying to return a day or two later.We are not a big department store that can handle loss like this.? Our store policy is placed right there at the cash counter.? "Same day return for full refund of cash, or credit card"after that"Three days return for store credit"Which is what she was given,? a full credit of the item she returnedAnd she has used half of that credit already.The dress did not come in any kind of packaging, so I am not sure what she is referring tooAnd she did remove the tag as she brought it back two days later all dirty, stained and crumbled from being in the trash she saidAnd asking for half the cash back??? Which is very strangeIt is curious why she would buy such an expensive dress at As I guess she is a young gal.? ? I am so sorry *** had a bad situation with returning her dressI was not there, so it was not me, the owner of the? business that she dealt with.My sales gals do the best they can when trying to help those who ask to do things against our stores policy.?
