) send a new gun back to be repaired , this company packed to returned with only a air pillow and a strip of brown paper . addressed to wrong state Bad enough .
well when we finally did get back , our gun case was broken , the wood on the gun was all starched up , the barrel was all starched and dinged up, I called the company right then told them everything they said they were going to send a new gun case express mail , well that was a lie , they said they send new replacement wood for but stock which they did a week later , as far as the medal well nothing ....
ok so my husband called them they asked us to just send back , after we talked we agreed they could not be trusted , so he asked just to send all parts , he even asked if they were sending a new case (because we were told it was in the mail , but no tracking number was ever given , nor did we ever get ) this is a brand new $1500 gun , that did not shoot and that is why we sent it back to them in the 1st place only to be returned to us like a beat up firearm .
we were asked to send pictures that day as we did to show damage , and we did send many pictures that night , all they did was fire one or two people (we were told that ) but still never got our case as of yet , they stopped answering our emails and are closed by the time we get home to call ..not a honest company and very neglectful of firearms .
