KAGE Bat Company

Review: Ordered bats from them on June 12, 2015 at 9:50 am. At 6:54 on June 12, 2015 a payment of $119.99 was withdrawn from account for this order by KAGE Bat Company. Attempted several times to contact this company by phone, email and even through social media (Facebook) and never got a response until July 2, 2015. When calling by phone would only get a recording. On July 2, finally received a call from an actual person who claimed to be the father of the founder of the company. He stated that they would send the bats out immediately but due to the holidays could possibly take a couple of extra days. On July 21, 2015 an email was sent to the company expressing the displeasure with this company and requiring a response. The company did respond but with information that was not factual. They stated that the bats would be sent out immediately. It has been 8 days and the order has not been received. Attempts have been made to contact them again without any response. Looking at the Facebook page that the company has it appears that this is not the only order that has not been fulfilled.Desired Settlement: The money returned back into my account within 24 hours of resolution or contact with this company.
