Woodstone Taverna and Kafe Neo restaurantsAdditionally, I also work directly with the ownership helping develop systems and procedures that will help enhance the guest experience for our organization.I’m writing this email in response to a guest complaint that was submitted to the Revdex.com on January, Sunday 21st (File No***)I read the complaint that was submitted and although our organization strives to do our best to take care of our guests, unfortunately we are human and subject to human mistakes at times. It is apparent that the highlight of the complaint is the distain for the manager on duty that possibly mishandled the incidentUpon being informed of the guest complaint that was posted on the Revdex.com, I informed the Regional Manager who is directly responsible for the Kafe Neo restaurant in Arlington, WAHaving owned and operated several restaurants in this industry for over years, I find it important to listen/investigate both sides in order to make a proper decision on how a guest complaint should be handled.The Regional Manager and I did speak with the manager on duty, who happens to be the General Manager appointed to that storeThe GM shared his side of the story, which is essentially the same as the guest complaint, without the claim of being rude or unthoughtful in his response to her complaints in question. I would like to add that, the General Manager of Kafe Neo, Arlington is well respected and valued manager or our organizationHe has high service standards and has improved the overall sales and financial operations of that location since assuming his role at that property in early September He is considered a professional in this industry and has received He has terminated unruly and unwilling employees as well as anyone that does not meet or exceeds our service and policy standardsThe General Manager of Kafe Neo, Arlington has always displayed honesty, integrity and a guest first attitude towards our patrons. I do not discount that we did not meet the guest expectation as it relates to the quality of foods served, as mentioned, mistakes do happen, especially in the restaurant industry. However, I am challenging the guest defaming the General Manager’s character that he is a tyrant and bully to his staff and patrons as I do not belief this is factual but far from the truth based upon the my current experiences with him as my employeeI am requesting that Complaint No*** be removed from the Revdex.com complaint file as this is not factual nor true of his character.
