Restockit definitely exceeded my expectations! They sent me my order within or days I ordered plastic utensil packs that included individual wrapped sets that contained a fork, spoon, knife, and knapkin for $20! Thanks for being a great site and I will be ordering more for my wedding

On two of my orders they put the wrong address on the UPS label causing the one shipment to be sent to the wrong address, and the other shipment, I had to go to the UPS terminal. I have sent a email and a fax to them asking that my shipping charges on the second shipment be refunded because I had to hump a 26 LB box . The company has NOT answered the email or the fax from me. I will never buy from them again since they have NO customer service.
