Poor customer service. After attempting to clarify a refund policy I was blocked on social media.
I purchased two items. One of the items was defective. I contacted the company via social media and was blocked after confirming their return policy. I then called the phone number listed and was told I had the wrong number. I then emailed customer service and was told, in reference to being blocked, that messages are handled via a third party company. I was told to pay for shipping to return the item even though their own policy indicates they would pay for it. After pushing, they offered to then credit me an amount after receiving the item. I have yet to return the product(s). Additionally, the items are misleading in description and had they been more specific I would have never purchased.
Refund or other resolution. I'd be happy to provide screen shots of all communications.
We do not have this customer in our database. She needs to prove the credit card charge came from kadie ashman. We have zero records of selling a handbag to this customer. WWe have another company MollyMcMorgan to which she purchased from, but it was not a handbag. Please look into the credit card charge. We also told the customer we would refund her and giver her money for shipping. She will not accept.

I have both e-mail and text confirmation from representatives from Kadie Ashman including a kadieadhman.com email address. The offer extended to me was for me to pay return shipping and I'd be reimbursed later. I since declined said offer because I do not feel as though I'll ever receive a refund as promised considering I was hung up on when a representative called me (after I asked to no longer be contacted as I was considering the purchase a loss) and then received a threatening text message after I asked not to be contacted where the individual proceeded to tell me I worked at a place of business in my local community and how would I feel if I tried helping a customer who was simply unhappy. The bottom line is the company is unprofessional and the charges are for Kadie Ashman which has previously been acknowledged by the company via text and email. I have never heard of Molly McMorgan and the purchase I made was under Kadie Ashman as per my receipt. At this point I feel harrassed by the company-they have continued to reach out after asking them not to. I no longer want a refund, rather their business practices need to be investigated.
