Review: Contracted w/KADE Construction: enclose loft, add closet w/shelves, 3 doors, install 3 ceiling fans, install new kitchen cabinet to match existing cabinets. [redacted] and [redacted] left job unfinished & damage to home. (a) LOFT: walls were slopped with dark color paint as primer, extending beyond construction. Doors (3): no hardware installed, hinges were covered w/dark paint, cannot be fixed. Damage to freshly painted walls, had to be repainted, clean up and paint new walls, 3 doors. Unfinished work and damage resulted in hiring contractor and painter to complete, repair, repaint. (b) KITCHEN CABINET: new cabinet did not match existing cabinet; 3 finishes on new cabinet; trim left unstained, not cut to fit, butted into existing doors on each side. Paid new contractor to remove cabinet, refinish to match, reinstall.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for additional expenses/costs: Total = $1,910

- Finish hardware install on loft doors/balance to open/close $50

- Scrape excess paint on doors, window pains, re-prime/paint new and existing area $1,850

- Kitchen cabinet refinish/reinstall $395

- Install 3 ceiling fans $525
