Ever since I had my car repaired by KW Auto Body I have been receiving unsolicited text messages from them. The message directs me to a website***, to complete a survey. I never consented to having my personal information shared with a third party called *** or anyone else. My phone number is on the do not call list. I have contacted KW Auto Body several times and demanded they stop texting. They say the texts are not coming from them even though it says "Thanks, KW Auto Body" in the message. I tried looking up *** no public phone number or email available for direct contact. KW Auto Body states it is up to me to reply to the text. This will only validate my personal information that was provided without my consent or any notice or up front opt out provision.
our estimating system was sending out automated text messages and or emails. to stop the messages you would just need to reply stop. we informed him of this but *** did not want to do this. we tried to cancel the messages from going out however was unable to do so. we let him know the messages will stop after 3 trys. each time he could have replied stop. we did apologize to *** and did reach out to him again.

I am rejecting this response because: The messages received have nothing to do with the estimating system. They are in regards to a survey request from an organization called *** The messages says it is from KW Auto Body and no direct contact information was ever provide for *** No one from either KW Auto Body or *** ever reached out to me. I had to call them three times to complain. Additionally, their response does not address the issue of sharing my information with *** without my permission or any up-front notification.
