Review: I purchased a phone from the above store on 6-05-12. On 7-2-12, I attempted to return the phone to the store. The phone is in perfect condition and was being returned within the 30 days. The store said they would not allow me to return the phone. The sales clerk was very rude. Eventually he called the store owner and then told me that I have othing coming. I have all the receipts, original packaging, and everything. I then called Cricket's corporate office and was on the phone for roughly 25 minutes. This was after I was in the store for 20 minutes prior to making the call. Corporate told me I would get a full refund within 48 hours, so they took care of the problem, at least that's what was told to me. However, this store where the phone was purchased is and was completely out of line. I should not have had to deal with what I dealt with. They made no effort to compensate me, other than tell me I wasn't getting crap. The [redacted] name was [redacted]. The [redacted] name was [redacted]. I was told that the owner was the big wig in Kenosha and that I had nothing coming, even after I said corporate was going to pay me. On the way out the door, the clerk said he would give me $75 for the phone, because I wasn't gonna get anything for it. Completely unprofessional and this store needs to be investigated.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund for the phone and the billing cycle, as I didn't even complete a full month's service with this garbage company. I was treated as a piece of crap, was talked to as a piece of crap, and have had to deal with way more than necessary. This store, [redacted], and their license needs to be revoked.
