Very impressed with professionalism and finished product! All water and mold removed. They washed down all walls and took our beds down and had rooms ready for new carpet. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Scott was amazing and even was able to get it done earlier because we had scheduled guests coming??

All services were fully explained with options and prices, and what they would include in the type of service. Additional conversation on other options as well. Took time to make sure I understood what I was paying for and how much before they began the service.

I was billed for incomplete work, work that does not exist, and the wrong rental time. When I talked with Scott from KTech, I tried to explain the problem and referred to our communication via text, but was cut off with accusations that he was making. Afterwards he asked me if he could try and fix the problem. I told him that he can fix the bill, and I told him that I was willing to pay for the work that was done so far, $1,626.93.
I don't believe that the workers knew what was to be cleaned and what they had to do.
I did ask for the owner/boss's name and to talk with them, he said Creg should be back this Sunday or Monday, and that it is out of his hands now.
