Good morning, My best way to start this email is to apologize for having this complaint at all We do charge for extra sauces There was a misunderstanding in the cost The cost is cents (cents plus tax) not centsThe charge is based on our cost of the sauces
which ranges from cents to cents We are not trying to make any money off of these sauces That being said, in an effort to try to keep our prices down, we do charge for the sauces The price we charge for chicken mcnuggets includes the price for the appropriate number of sauces based on the guidelines given to us Mr*** claims that he was not given any sauce at all That sauce should have been given to him with no charge On the same day that this complaint was filed, Mr*** also made a call to the complaint hotline for McDonald's My supervisor already responded to him and made the offer for a free happy meal I don't know if he took her up on that, but the offer still stands More than that, we value every customer It is our goal to make every customer happy that comes to our restaurant Please accept my apology and I do hope you will reconsider and give McDonald's another chance to earn your business and your trust Sincerely, *** Owner/Operator
