We appreciate for your understanding and give us the opportunity to tell our side of story. The customer indeed purchased the granite slab from us. She first demanded a Golden Butterfly Granite and paid for it. Then after couple days she came back to request...

for another granite as she was no longer happy with the one she purchased first time. So we switch the granite for her. In addition to that change, we needed to charge her extra $83.30, and she agreed with it and signed but didn’t pay as she wanted to pay when she came to pick the granite. We usually recommend our customers to pick their own slabs to avoid unhappy situations, and we did that with her first return as well. She did not like the new slabs we have in the stock and requested for the one we have in the display room. By that time, she did not claim any damage on the slab. So we took it down and keep for her. If story just end here, we will be totally fine with refunding or giving her a new slab as we did the first time when she came to pick the slab and claimed that there were cracks on the edges.
 
She also requested for cutting 2 sink holes for her, but she did not have the accurate sink size with her. So we waited for her to give us the sink size. She returned again to provide the sink size. She came with her sinks, so we measured them and cut the sink holes for her. After we had done all the cutting, she came to pick the slab. That was the moment she claimed the slab had crack marks on the edges, which is not true. We will not provide cracked slabs to our customers. What she pointed at was a small seam mark under the slab front edge which is completely unseen from outside. This happen to granite very common as the nature stones sometimes might not be long enough to be made into standard size slabs, manufacturers will then use another stone and connect them together in order to make the slab big enough. That usually will leave a small seam on the back of slab which is completely fine and normal. But the customer who complaint would not take any explanation, she insisted that it was crack.
 
Then she imminently requested a full refund. She was again unhappy with the slab and decided she does not want it anymore. But we already cut the sink holes for her, and the slab was cut into the right size in order to fit her bath counter. If the slab was uncut, we would take her request of a full refund, we indeed want to make our customer happy. But as the slab was cut, and there was no way we can resell it as it was cut based on the design of her counter. So our owner tried to negotiate with her see if we can come to an agreement. But she wouldn’t take it. She insisted that the only way to solve this problem is to give her a full refund, but we couldn’t do this as the slab was already cut. Besides, she still owns us $83.30 for making changes to granite.
 
We also have a statement print on the invoice. We ask our customers to read the statement and sign when purchasing. She signed it when she first made the purchase. We really try hard to fulfill our customers demand, but when situation like this happens, there is really not a lot of things we can do.
 
We again appreciate Revdex.com’s understanding. We will continue to serve our customers wholeheartedly and understand that things happen, we cannot make everyone happy, but we will do our best.
