K Skee Fuel Oil

Review: I ordered fuel oil from K Skee on 12/**/15 and was quoted a price of $2.02 per gallon. I also get a $5.00 senior discount. The oil was delivered this morning 12/**/15 and I was charged $218.9 per gallon and I did not get my senior discount. I called other oil companies and was quoted prices of $1.60 and under per gallon. I called K Skee and spoke to Robin and advised that we were charged more than quoted and did not get my discount. I also advised that I called other oil companies and was given much lower prices. I also advised that I have been a K Skee customer for 37 years. She said she never quoted the price I mentioned, which is not true. She was extremely rude and told me never to call again and she hung up on me. I was not nasty or abusive on the phone, I just felt that I was being taken advantage of. I feel this is price gouging. I know I accepted the price of $2.02 per gallon but I would like my bill adjusted to reflect the difference between the $2.02 and $2.18.9 and the $5.00 senior discount.Desired Settlement: billing adjustment to reflect the $2.02 quoted and the $5.00 senior discount.
