K Series Parts

Very poor customer service. Bought a double barrel skunk 2 exhaust system a month and 2 weeks later and haven't installed it because the hardware was deliver 6 weeks later. And it gets better 6 weeks later and still didn't get all of the pieces that I suppose to have. Very frustrating but like I was told in one of the emails I am very ungrateful because all they have been is helpful but it takes them 6 weeks to send me the wrong parts again. Wow didn't even know what to say. Will.never in my life purchase anything from Kseries parts or whatever their name is. -10 on customer service might as well have a computer answer their emails instead of Steve or Cody

The product name and description is consistent with the product that was sent to you. We are always sympathetic when the wrong product gets purchased but the condition of the product when it is returned to us determines how we process the refund and is always consistent with our stated return policy.
