Review: [redacted]: Made $75 deposit into [redacted]'s [redacted] bank account to secure photo session for maternity pictures to be taken on [redacted] at 6P for two locations.[redacted]: Sent a text to [redacted] requesting a phone consultation to discuss details of [redacted] shoot. [redacted] responded suggesting we speak on [redacted]. I suggested a time of 5:30P. No response from [redacted]: Received "Appointment Confirmation" email via [redacted]. (Late in my opinion)[redacted]: Made two attempts to contact [redacted] that evening. No answer. No return call.[redacted]: Sent a text to [redacted] requesting another phone consultation. [redacted] sent an apology text and suggested to call later that day. [redacted] didn't make an attempt to contact me until 9:23P via text. I was sleep by then![redacted]: I was finally able to speak to [redacted] via phone. I began to ask details of what to expect for photo shoot. [redacted] immediately interrupted asking if I had read the Portrait Investment Plan. I hadn't read the plan because I never received the plan! [redacted] stated she had sent the plan previously. [redacted] never sent to the plan to me. I received the plan for the 1st time on [redacted] upon completion of the call with [redacted]: Made several contact attempts to [redacted] via email and text after not receiving a response.[redacted] contacted me via text (her contract states there should be communication via phone and email, but not text)to cancel the maternity photo session scheduled for [redacted] was emotionally distraught because these pictures were to be on the baby shower announcements that were to go out asap! I was unable to find a replacement photographer for that weekend. [redacted] offered to reschedule or refund full payment. I advised [redacted] to mail check[redacted] sent a text to [redacted] asking what is the preferred refund method. I responded requesting the payment be mail again.[redacted]: I've not received a refund nor a return call regarding status.Desired Settlement: To receive the $75 refund as promised. This incident has induced much unnecessary stress for an 8mth pregnant woman!
