Review: I rented a van off them for a week. I had to put down a 500 dollar deposit. When I brought it back they said that I scaped the front of the van under the front bumper. I saw no damages. When I said that the man checking the van just started being nasty to me saying that you did listen to me when I told you about it. I told him I don't see anything and he just said it there. They keep my deposit and then charges me another 60. I know I was over on miles from what I received for free I understand that. But when I see no damage and then get yelled at that I did it. I know that it was there before hand and this was a way to keep my deposit.Desired Settlement: Will not rent from them again and want my deposit back

We spare no expense to give the public Top-of-the-Line Conversion Vans and RVs to rent. They are new (2015s), exceptionally clean and non-smoking vehicles with all options available to give the customer the best experience in these types of vehicles.With that said, Vehicles are rented clean and with no damage. With respect, that is how the customer is to return them or, as explained before reserving and again before leaving with the vehicle, they will be charged for any cleaning or damage to return vehicle in the same condition given. The next customer expects to rent this vehicle in clean, undamaged condition (the same condition they received it).Customer signed “inspection Report” agreeing that vehicle was clean and had no damage at time of "Check Out". Customer was also advised of the low Ground Effects on the front, and to be very careful when pulling in, and not to go over curbs.Customer was charged $250 for the repair of the damage. The balance was for additional mileage and cleaning.I’m sorry they are not happy with us. I don’t think customer was treated unfairly.
