Customer has asked for this during a pandemic when our office has been not operating. There has been no phone calls at all we have also told the customer to not send extra money and wait for the invoices to pay them. We were originally told to keep the money as a credit multiple times when we were going to send a check back to the customer. We have no issue refunding money to the customer as soon as our office is open again. We have also not billed the customer fully for services rendered due to the effect of covid-19
