True they fixed the window with the material between the glass that was projecting outwardThe rest of the windows have the same cracks and will eventuality do the same thingI assume they will fix each one individually after I write the Revdex.com a letterBecause their response to this problem was poor to say the leastThanks for your help it wouldn't have been done without you

Showcase has completed replacement, under our warranty, of all insulated glass units in which the spacer had migrated into the sightline The customer is seeking replacement at no charge of additional glass where no migration has occurred, but in units where they are seeing evidence of the aging process of the materialReplacement in that case is not covered by our standard industry warrantyIf the spacer in those additional windows should in the future protrude into the sightline, we will replace the glass under the terms of our warranty In the meantime, the glass can be replaced as chargeable service.Gerald B***PresidentShowcase Custom Vinyl Windows & Doors
