I have shopped at KMOMO'S since it was just a little five and dime For over twenty years I have been a loyal customer, buying everything from shoes, jackets, shirts, and even underwear items I recently bought three shirts, however I picked up the wrong size The same day I went there to exchange them for the correct size I still had the recept, and the owner who rang me up, denied my exchange request He screamed at me that ALL SALES WERE FINAL I saw in that one moment how all he cared about was jipping me for twenty bucks Rather than keep me as a valued customer

Review: On 7/27/2013 at 8:44 p.m I purchased a pair of Dickies work pants along with other clothing items. When I arrived home discovered that one of the pairs of pants had a small hole near the crotch area. The following day 7/28/2013 after work at aprox 3:30 p.m. tried to exchange such item, at that time the lady behind the counter informed me that she would not honor the exchange stating that " they didn't due the damage and that I must have done it" I then explained that I did not and why would I do that just to get the same pair of pant. I then asked for the owners info at which she denied to provide for me.Desired Settlement: All that I request is that the pants be exchanged .
