Hi, I have informed the other party numerous times that the damages where there prior to us towing the vehicle for the City of Cleveland PoliceI have informed to go to lot and request pictures of the vehicle coming and the to receipt where on the receipt both the lots employees and the Cleveland Police both put on the receipt that "S&D 360" meaning there were a lot of scratches and dents in numerous places on the vehicle we did not damage the vehicle once again please go to lot and the Cleveland police and request both the storage receipt and the tow supplement page and pictures so this can be resolved
