Techsomehow fried my thermostat during the heat pump and air exchange installation ( he didn't turn off the circuit breaker in the house?)They had a basic thermostat in the truck and was told it was a temp until a proper replacement was orderedWent into shop and was told they were ordering a unit at that moment and would be in in a weekStopped by two weeks later and was given an attitude and they asked if the temp unit was workingThis was four months ago
