Review: I hired k&m elite services to paint my house. I was told they had a business license under [redacted]. The contracted price was 3,788.90. I paid 1500 down and and the rest upon completion. I paid in full after 4 months of trying to get the job completed. They told me after payment they would do a final walk through. They never returned for walk through. I did my own walk through and found multiple areas of incomplete work. I contacted the owner, [redacted], and he said he owed me several more days of work to complete the job. I have tried for over a year to get him to complete the work. I recently threatened to sue him and his partner if they didn't finish the job. He promised he would get it done ASAP. He had a couple of girls come over and paint a small portion of railing. He continues to promise to come complete the work but never shows up as promised. I have learned that they are not licensed and should not have contracted work for more than 500 dollars. I am filing suit today in small claims courtDesired Settlement: Total refund of 3,788.90 plus damages
