K & M Cement Finishing

Complaint[redacted] came to seal our driveway and back porches. He started the job on a day forecasting rain. I asked "are you sure it will be okay" [redacted] reassured me several times "oh it will be fine" It started misting rain as he was finishing up the back porch. With another 4 days of rain in the forecast I was obviously concerned [redacted] told me he would re-do the seal job if the rain messed it up. After the rain stopped 4 days later and it got completely dry he came out and looked and agreed it needed to be re-done. I contacted him twice and he reassured me that he would get out to fix it. Well that was around 9 months ago. I have tried to contact him several times since then to get out and fix it and nothing. Of course, he requested I pay him in cash and obviously there is no record of him ever being here. I wanted to have a complaint posted for anyone seeking his work.Product_Or_Service: Drtiveway seal labor and materialsDesired SettlementAll I want is for him to keep his word and re-do his work.
