It was a settling crack from winter over the new cement applied after installing a new skimmer. They chose not to have the inside of pool (marcite) redone and rec'd credit. We acid washedthe pool interior before refilling. The skimmer is fine - the new perimeter tile is fine and the new step tile trim is fine. I spoke to them a few times assuring them that work was under warranty. We have had six wks of rain this yr.
