Did not receive promised refund for not fixing my computer properly.
Took computer in for repair on July 25. Picked computer up July 26. Payed $272.48 by personal check. Had same issues with computer, and returned computer back to KGC the following week. Picked up 2 days later ( at no additional cost ), and computer was still not fixed. Offered a $75.00 refund, to be mailed by the end of that week. As of Sep.5, over 6 weeks later, no refund. Contacted owner, [redacted], by email in mid August, and was told a refund would be sent, but never was. Invoice number on receipt #[redacted].
