Never in my life have I encountered a company that displayed such a total lack of professionalism. After completing repairs to my roof, they left jagged roof staples all over the yard and then denied responsibility for it, saying the roof staples "could have come from anywhere." I would strongly warn people from doing business with this firm. It was literally the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.
