recently got a bucket of chicken(18) pieces. came in a bucket you used to get 15 in and wasnt near full. you used to cut chicken into a 9 cut. seems now the chickens are not only smaller than ever 2 lb. max. but you are cutting them into at least 11 pieces.sad. I wondered why I have seen some closures lately, now I know. people are feeling short changed.sadly I will no longer frequent your business as I feel cheated and will tell others my opinion. luckily having been a cook earlier in life, and since I now have the recipe for your chicken I will now make my own at home in my pressure cooker. good bye to a fond memory. this time corporate greed looses.

Asked for a bucket, enough for 2 adults 2 children no sides just a small order of fries.Also to eat there I wanted 2 pieces, no sides no drinks. Bill was $30:05. Items when I got home included 8pc Meal,Lrg Coleslaw,Lrg Pot wedge, 4 Biscuits $22.79 Fillup box mashed potatoes /gravy, Biscuit Md Pepsi Cookie. A far cry from what I ordered plus the sever was rude, kept telling 2 people in line {there were only 2} that she would be right with them. I am a senior citizen, the 2 behind me were 2 young men who were not complaining a bit. They were discussing their order. I would like a refund and hope that you will look into the management at that store.Incidentally the chicken I brought home we threw out ,it was crispy and /I had asked for regular. It was too dry

Review: On 5/31 I ordered an cheeseburger and a 4pc boneless meal (substitute corn on cob for cole slaw). I was asked if I would take a 2 pc, because it would be 6 minutes to cook. I said no, I would wait. They took my money and then asked me to pull out onto the main boulevard, drive down the road, make a u -turn, drive past the location to make another u turn and pul into parking to wait, because another car was already waiting. I said I would wait at the window and when the other car left I would pull into that spot. The assistant manager told me they did not need my money and I should leave. They eventually gave me my meal, and was told they put an extra piece of chicken and biscuit for my wait. When I got home I found I got only 3 pieces (paid for 4) and did not get my cheeseburger. The staff was rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, and provided no service and ripped me off by not provided the goods I ordered and paid for. The assistant manager's name was [redacted] (sp) I believe.Desired Settlement: I would like a personal apology from the owner or corporate KFC. This is not the type of service I do not believe they intent to provide and honestly, I have never been treated as rudely from any other person or establishment like this place.

Settlement of the items I paid for and did not get would be nice, but not required.

If not provided, I will vote with my money and never eat at another KFC and will personally protest at this store.

In early April I went to KFC to buy chicken. I went in with a coupon for 15 piece chicken. The manager [redacted] stated the coupon was from stolen receipts where I got the coupon, but he said he will honor the coupon. When I got home I realized I only had 12 pieces of chicken so I called the store and the manager was upset with me saying I should not have honored that coupon, well you got a good deal anyway, he started telling the cashiers sorry you guys I should not have let you honor that coupon. Then he said well you got a good deal any way with 12 pieces. I told him but I did not purchase 12 pieces I purchased 15. I asked him for the number to the company because he was just so nasty to me for no reason. he gave me the number and I have been calling this number every 2 weeks since april, I have not recieved any compensation or not even a call. I am so disappointed in kfc. I am done with them. I will go somewhere else for my fried chicken. kfc is very unprofessional for not responding to me, that means they support a rude manager.
