K D's Electric

We just bought a new double wide in March of 2010, which included a new heat pump. Before the summer was out we had to call K D's Electric twice because it stopped cooling. They said it was the control panel and replaced it. Everything worked fine and we went through the winter fine. When the summer came this year (2011) we had to call them because the coils were freezing up. They said it was the blower and replaced it but still the coils froze. They then came back out and said that the freon was low but not by much so they added some. The coils stopped freezing up after more freon was added. (which should have been an indication of a leak) At the time I didn't know any better so I believed them that added the freon would stop the problem. Of course it got hot outside again and I turned the a/c on and they are freezing up again. I have informed K D's electric about this again and they keep putting us off. He said when he got in the area that he would come by. Of course if the freon leak continues we will have no heat as well. When I contacted him he informed me that someone had to have tried to mess with the caps to make it leak out as if we had got someone to do this. No one has touched the heat pump or coils besides them. We shouldn't have had to call them 5 times with a year and 1/2 old heat pump.
