K Cross Construction

I was referred to K Cross Construction by WardCraft Homes, a modular home company for which he is a dealer. After 2 weeks of trying to contact him via email, office phone and cell phone, I called WardCraft again to see if I had been misinformed. It turns out I had; they had given me the wrong dealer. Instead of taking 90 seconds to reply to one of my emails stating he could not help me, he chose to ignore my messages. This indicates to me that he is not at all interested in customer service. I find this to be VERY POOR business practice.
