K & C Wireless

Review: I purchased a phone through K & C Wireless. They guaranteed me that the phone would work for my particular carrier. I stated to the person I am assuming was the owner that I lived an hour and a half away and he said that the phone would work. I called up my phone carrier and they could not activate the phone. I called K & C Wireless back and they stated to me that I am not entitled to a cash refund. Once again they had guaranteed me that the phone would work and gave me a printed receipt stating that I have a right to a refund.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

k&c wireless has a no return policy on used electronics they are as is. We have a 14 day return on new items the phone was a trade in and was tested and used, it was activatable on sprint we have a copy of the esn electronic serial number being clear and clean to use and phone functioned perfect. The customer waited 2 weeks to put on acct we asked for her acct info to put phone on she said ahh ahh im not sure she said ill do it.. when she called 10-14 days later I said can you please bring acct info and phone so we can check.. she told us no!! and im not going there endless its for money!! sorry with out checking we cant plus our no return on used items it is posted on the wall at cashier
