K C Handyman Service

I received the handyman service on 12/19/2013, to repair the squeak floor at the entrance of home office (about 15~20 square feet), and to re-caulk the bottom of shower unit (about 1.5-foot long as shown in the pictures).During the service, he can not fix the floor and called the office for help. Since help was not available at that time, he said another guy will come over the next several days for further repair, and then left.On 1/9/2014, I received a bill from the company, which claims 2-hour labor, which I would not agree.1. The handyman spent about an hour in the house, not 2 hours.2. If the floor is not fixed at all (still as squeaky as before), do I have to pay for it anyway? I guess such squeaky problem is fairly common for wood floors, and does not require special skills.
