K BAR S Lodge

We stayed in this lodge recently and found their service / product to be unacceptable The reasons are:
* very limited hot water to take a shower whether in evening or morning - many in our group had the same issue Taking a shower was virtually impossible
* basic morning breakfast issues were not available or randomly available - such as regular coffee creamer, milk, etc
* hotel staff did not take our complaints seriously and tried to say the lack of hot water was because we did not know how to operate the shower!
* carpet in the rooms was in bad condition - tar / stains covered them
