Review: On april 28th, 2014 I paid it full for a Kart Tire Resurfacer from K and S Fabrication. I paid $475 in full with the expectation that my item would ship in 10-15 days. That time has come and past. I have only heard from the vendor via email once in late may, stating he was behind and would have the resurfacer to me in one week. It has been a month since then. I have yet to receive my product or a refund from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like $475 USD refunded to me as soon as possible.
