[redacted] called our office to order a load of 1" minus rock. [redacted] did not specify a time for delivery. [redacted] called back at 3:00...

p.m. and spoke with [redacted] and wanted to know if she was still going to receive her rock because her husband had taken off work to be there for the rock. She mentioned there were a few trees hanging over her driveway but she was not worried about the truck spreading the rock because her husband has a tractor and can spread the rock with it. She stated to [redacted] that her husband had already planned on using the tractor to spread the rock. [redacted] was up set that the rock was delivered so late but there was not a time set for delivery just a date. We met that date and as soon as we had a truck free we went to the quarry picked up the rock and delivered as discussed. The order was set up with [redacted] and when the call came in from [redacted] he was going on about us dumping rock and just leaving and when I try to ask who he was and what rock he was talking about he keep telling me [redacted] to stop interrupting him. I told him I cant help you if I don't know who you are. He called me rude and unprofessional. He was a very unpleasant man to try to talk to and after I finally got him to tell me where he was talking about I tried to explain to him how the rock was ordered and that we were told not to bother spreading the rock that they had a tractor to do that. I also told [redacted] we did our job and did what the customer asked us to do.
