K-9 Kuts Grooming

Terrible experience with our 16 week old puppy! Owner’s teenage daughter cut all of her nails too short, 2 of them were cut into the quick and brought her out to us bleeding without an explanation or an apology. After I made an issue of the bleeding they proceeded to hold her down, including holding her snout shut, yelling at her “To stop it!” and “Stop being dramatic!”. A 16 week old puppy who’s hurt and scared doesn’t need to be screamed at and certainly doesn’t understand. When I addressed my concerns to the owner she shrugged her shoulders and told me “This happens all the time, it’s really not a big deal.” I feel the owner felt she needed to defend her daughter and let that get in the way of business. My pup bled for 45 mins and ended up having to go to the vet afterwards so they could stop the bleeding. Will never go back!
