Review: I was given a 2:00PM appointment for dog grooming services. I called at 4:00 and was told my dog wasn't finished yet. At 5:00PM I decided enough time had passed, she would be hungry and she would need walking, and if she wasn't done I was just taking her home anyway and went to pick her up. When I got there, my dog was wet in the cage, not groomed. I asked to take her home and was told they would just blow her dry. They proceeded to dry her and give her a 'rush' grooming which came out horribly. Not only did they have her all day with no water or walking but they lied and told me they would only dry her and when I tried to watch they refused to let me. They then tried to turn it on me and said that when I made the appointment I was told it would be busy which they never said- why would I have made the appointment if my dog would have been treated like that? They were horrible! My dog could barely make it outside before she urinated and the first thing she did when she got home was drank a bowlful of water! And she got a terrible, rush haircut that will take weeks to grow out! Next complaint will go to the Humane Society with regards to how many hours it is appropriate to keep a dog in a crate with no water or bathroom break if they are trained!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for their "services" but would also like this to be a permanent blemish on their record. I think others should be forewarned of the treatment my dog received! Any establishment that services animals or beings that can't speak for themselves needs those of us who witness these things to speak for them.
