I am rejecting this response because: I have still not received a call or even an e-mail from the manager. My complaint was not just in regards to the failure to deliver the product as promised, but also had to do with the lack of communication. I have tried
to reach out to someone in management at this company several times and have gotten no response. At least three times I have attempted to contact them to get information regarding another item (*** ***), an have yet to receive a response.As a manager of a business, if I have a client inquiring about my services, I will respond to him or her immediately. The same holds true for an upset client.This is as much an issue of customer communication as it is an issue of failure to deliver the product as agreed.

Paid for a software upgrade that was not delivered Paid in November of No one from management will return my calls to reach a resolution

We've been dealing with company since they've startedThrough out that time they've gotten worse and worseWe continued to have program errors that have yet to be resolvedWe've been trying to get the program updated for monthsWe send multiple e-mail without an response and to finally get them to answer we have to call and complainWhen we do call we get redirected multiple times and always get told they'll call us backThey never call back the only way to speak to someone is to tell them they need to speak to us nowTheir "tech support" is basically non existent! They rarely actually contact us back when we send in support tickets and when they do they problems aren't resolvedThe program constantly crashes, it changes the prices, deletes out reservations, shot records, doesn't calculate vacancies correctly and so much moreIf you want to have a program that will leave you stress free this isn't the program for you
