K 3 Fence

The owner [redacted] was referred to me by my brother. I originally was going to go with another company, but [redacted] texted me and emailed a new contract with a better price and a year warranty on the gates. The fence looks good, but after a week my gates are warping. I texted him and he said he would be out to fix them and that's been almost two months now. He won't respond to calls or texts anymore and he never pulled a permit on my fence which he wrote in a contract. I received a inspection from the City of [redacted] saying the fence permit and $45 dollars was never paid. I paid [redacted] the $2,600 under payment terms he agreed on. Now I am stuck with messed up gates from a company that advertises 20 years experience.
