K-1 Lube and Tire

I had my oil changed at this place. I didn’t even make it off the lot and my car cut off and did not turn back on. My car was towed to the Hyundai dealership, who concluded the engine stopped as a result of the oil being double filled. The owner is disputing despite what the Hyundai dealership had found and stated in writing. Owner states he won’t pay for it.
