Your going to be a coward and not talk?11-14-I texted [redacted] after work hours and asked if he was away from work and available to discuss.11-17- [redacted] texted me and said: I'm not scared, just swamped!! [redacted] did not try repeatedly to discuss with me He avoided the situation and that is why I am upset He wasn't too busy to make the saleBut, he was too busy to follow through I never disputed the $2000, I just wanted to talk to him about it With regards to the repairs, either JX did not perform the repairs, or they used inadequate parts and techniques The same repairs and part numbers had to be re-done 11,miles after JX "completed" the repairs The repairs were done at another ***bilt dealer in Arizona [redacted] knew about the issues the entire time and was going to "take care of me" All I ever wanted was a call to discuss Regards, [redacted]
