allegations that we lost one or tampered with it, can be clearly seen on our camera video that neither situation happened. When we place our alignment cameras on the wheel, they go on the outside of the wheel and we have no reason to remove let alone tamper with a center cap on a wheel. I explained he was more than welcome to come to the shop and see the security video himself. As for the "repairs issues" the customer failed to mention he was ever having any issues there, because I would have informed the customer to bring it right back to the shop since he does have a 90 day warranty.
