I messaged the customer stating it would be a later day before I can come out to do it and I never got a response from them so therefore I thought they didn't need my services anymore so I took them off my list. I am rejecting this response because: 1.) We had an agreement verbally and with a handshake. Last I known about this, it was considered a verbal contract. We have our entire household as witness and part of your workforce was with you when this agreement was made. 2-A.) We gave Justin information about our situation on us moving to a different property. We said for him to continue mowing as normal until we gave him a call saying otherwise. We told him this as he may have wanted to continue mowing for the resident that would have still resided. 2-B.) We never had contacted Justin to come out and mow as our contract dictated him to come out every two (2) weeks and mow. Only contact was made after the agreement was for 2-A. During our agreement it was said that mowing as low as you can will be beneficial and even to the extent of killing the grass, as the grass grows substantially. 3-A.) We have gotten messages in the past from Justin telling us that the agreed upon date was unsuitable for him for that week and asked to reschedule. These messages have always been replied with a yes. 3-B.) We have no control over the people who pass by our residence and decide to litter. By living next to a wall of trees we do know that getting other people's trash by littering or weather is common and we take it upon ourselves to pick it up every Saturday as we have that day off.
