We would like to apologize for any inconvenience or concern that we may have causeWe recently hired a new employee, and while he is a skilled technician, he was unfamiliar with our pricing and how we bid jobsThis technician had underbid the job and when the service manager saw the bid, he immediate talked to the technician explaining the error in biddingIn an attempt to reconcile this, the technician approached the customer with this information This clearly and understandably displeased the customerIt is not our practice nor our policy to bid a job and then re-bid at a higher rateWe will be working to insure this problem does not happen againThank you for your consideration
