According to [redacted] and [redacted] policy packages such as TV are to be shipped in its original box, otherwise the customer bears the full liability in the event the package gets damaged or destroyed [redacted] was informed about it and still insisted on shipping the TVUnfortunately the TV got to its destination damaged, [redacted] claim department was notified, and upon inspection, they denied the claim stating it did not meet their packing guidelines.By procedure, if the customer refused the damaged package, at the time of delivery , the package is returned to us, and we discard it.Now in this particular case [redacted] wants the package to be shipped back to him, after he has refusedWe explained to him he has to pay for shipping back plus the packing materialsIn addition, the package is too damaged to be shippedand might cost more to repack it because of the damageWe never heard from him again.Thank you
