I am rejecting this response because: you can tell in this response their customer service is horridI saw with my own eyes that store was filthyI experienced personally your pathetic excuse for customer serviceNot only did the employee roll their eyes the second I walked up to the register, but they wouldn't say a word to me during the transactionI also had to search for someone just to get a dressing room, which was disgustingThere was lipstick, makeup, and food smeared on the walls and mirrorsStuff all over the ground and dark specks on the trim, which is a sign of, you guessed it, MOLD It's obvious they do NOT clean and if by some chance they do, it's maybe every few daysI have a video of your security cameras which are right in front of every fitting roomThere is no wall blocking them from the changing rooms, I could see two cameras while standing in my fitting roomA previous time I went I could see cameras in a different room, which was also filthyI've reached out on social media and found over people have had the same issue with the store when it comes to horrible customer service, issues with the security cameras, as well as the store being dirtySo please, tell me I'm wrong againKeep proving your customer service skills are non existant

products and prices to name a few. We have been in business for 14 years, we take our business very seriously. There’s no mold in our store and our store is clean. Our cameras are not pointing in the direction of the fitting rooms. Anyone from the Revdex.com can come anytime to view our cameras, store condition at any time. We have also put up a wall to show that our cameras are not pointing in the direction of the fitting rooms. Our staff members are great people and we stand by everything stated.
