Review: About 6 months go, I had a ceiling repaired and two rooms painted. While painting, the painter damaged the ceiling fan in the kitchen. The company promised to fix the fan. For months they claimed they could not find the parts. Finally the owner of the company came with some parts and tried. They were not the right parts. He suggested that I choose a fan that is similar to mine and give them the model number and where to locate it and he would order it and install it. This happened almost a month ago. When I contacted them about the fan and the reason for the delay,
the wife and the manager of the compan said, the fan I chose was expensive and she would not buy it. The fan I chose had similar features to the one I had and I did not expect them to buy anything fancier than that. I had a reasonable request. Then, she said probably the fixture was already loose and when the painter touched it fell off. I had this fan for 12 years and I did not have any problems with it. She said she was going to ask [redacted] to come by my house and take several pictures of the fan so that they can locate the manufacturer and find the broken pieces and replace them. I am still waiting for [redacted] to come and take care of this problem.
The fan is an old model and I do not think they can find any parts for it. They had three attempts only by now. I want the company to pay for the damages the worker caused. They have been very ignorant by now and I was very patient with them.Desired Settlement: The company should replace my fan with a new one instead of wasting my time trying to find the right parts as soon as possible.
