Just Right A/C & Heat

Complaint10 Year warranty is not being forfilled because employee that performed installation is no longer with the companyLabor Day weekend I contacted Just Right and spoke with the owner concerning my Ac unit leaking down to my first floor. He promptly returned my calls and stated that he could assist with that. As soon as I stated I have a 10 year warrenty for a Payne unit that was installed August of 2008 the problems began. First he asked did I feel out some type of paperwork and send it in to recieve the warranty. I had no clue of what he was speaking of and stated that I have a reciept showing that [redacted] performed the installation and on the reciept it also included a ten year warranty.I paid him with either a money order or cashier's check. He went further to state that [redacted] had falsely used his company name and that he would call [redacted] to resolve the matter. The next day he stated that [redacted] is no longer in the business of AC repairs and that he didnt know why. After further questioning him about the situation with my warranty he stated that he could assist me and for me just to let him know when to come out. Two days later I called back confirming a time and he stated he spoke to [redacted] again the previous day and that he was having [redacted] contact me that day to assist me. I never recieved a call from [redacted] nor have I been able to hear back from the owner after leaving 3 messages on 9/6/13. At this time Im slowly watching my kitchen cieling and floor become ruined.Desired SettlementFor my trouble I would like my A/C to be serviced at no charge per my warrenty or compensated accordingly with 60% of my payment refunded to me. Business Response I am aware of the complaint from Ms.[redacted],but my company did not perform the work. Ms [redacted] did not write me a check and I did not give her a receipt. The person that installed the equipment is not an employee for me and has never been an employee. Just Right A/C did not do the work. I will not touch anything that was performed for this customer. I have never met this customer. Ms [redacted] hired a relative from a past marriage to do the work. That person is responsible for any problems Final Consumer Response
