Customer had the TV for monthsI will need to see the TV, so I know which type of TV it isIF you Bring it back to the store in the BOX with all the contents including but not limited to the remote, instruction booklet, the stand I will be able to further assist you in getting this matter resolved

I AM UNAWARE OF THIS ISSUE THIS IS THE FIRST I AM HEARING OF THISCUSTOMER HAS NOT BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MEI CALLED HIS PHONE AND LEFT A MESSAGE AS SOON AS I WAS MADE AWARE AND HE HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK

I have a partial disability and cannot carry any tv back and forth to a store. which is why I asked if the tv is BRAND NEW and was told YES. I was lied to when I was sold the tv and will not be subjected to be lied to again. I choose not to have faith in an establishment that gave me false information to make a sale and dupe me out of my money.

I was told any issues with the tv I should contact the company that makes it because it was BRAND NEW. I asked when purchasing it. I was advised by the manufacturer that it was refurbished. I didn't feel at that point it was necessary to contact the store because I was provided with false information when purchasing the TV.
